		<description><![CDATA[Ensure the dns clients (user workstations) are pointing to the DNS server with the SRV records for your DC. If this is on the same server as your DC (AD integrated zone) then ensure they are pointing to this. 

As Technochic has already pointed out look for errors and warnings in the following

Do you see any ISAM errors?

perform a netdiag (windows support tools) and look for any errors in the results screen.]]></description>

Login problem

 
I using server 2003 enterprise edition I have 30 to 50 when user login into server with the help of remote desktop connection(rdp)some time user login problem, when user login into sever only blank screen appear no icon, no task bar appear, after reboot server problem solved again same problem arise
