 LOGIN FAILURE USING OWA

i am unable to log in to my OWA from my browser for testing purposes but will be able to do so from my IIS.Can any one help me through

Have you looked at the IIS logs or event logs on the server? What error message does the user get when using their client browser. Please provide as many details as possible so the community can help you out with this issue.
