Locking Forms in Access 2000
I am using access 2000. I have created a form based on a table filled with tons of information. This is a multi user form. At the end of all of the records a blank form is presented so that the multi users can enter their appropriate information. However, some of the user are going through and making changes to fields on some already completed forms. I can't just lock the records on the forms because then they won't be able to go in and enter their required information on the blank form. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS IT'S KILLING ME. PLEASE HELP.

Hi,

I would set the Allow Edits and Allow Deletions properties for the form to No and the Allow Additions to Yes. This will allow the user to add new records but not be able to edit existing records.
