hi,
my client's local replica is not updating inspites of doing mailfile maintenance on both local and server side, replacing the design and running the manually reconfigure for R8 notes client. please help!

Have you checked your local log.nsf Replication Events view to see if there are any errors reported that could help?
Have you cleared the local replica’s Replication History?
sounds like you can reach the server, so it is clear you are not locked out.
Post any errors you see in the Replication Events view.
