We currently enter our loans in the CFM module as money market instruments and create our loan compliance reporting outside of SAP on spreadsheets. We are considering implementing loans management under bank applications. We would like to automate our certification process, easily track collateral, produce reports on grantors, guarantors, bucket reports by exception, etc. Can someone that has implemented loans management comment if the reporting provided by SAP is adequate for their company? From my research, it looks like other companies have chosen to use a third party software rather than SAP and I was wondering what our SAP's shortfalls in this area? I would really appreciate any info that anyone can provide.
