SSIS
Almost every single morning, I have a tab delimited file with over 800K records. I need to load it into my database. This is the process:
  1. Get file from local or FTP
  2. Delete the old file which doesn't exist anymore in the database
  3. Insert only new records in the database
  4. Automated
  5. Don't overheat SQL database.
How should I approach this? Is SSIS the right way to go?
