Is is possible to set up unique permissions for different views? If not, is there a current user function I can use to apply a filter? Thanks.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Modify the List Settings
Add a filter to say

Modified by (or other user column)
contains
[Me]

[Me] is a function item that changes per logged in user.

You could also add a column that you can put user names in that you want to have access, then {hide} it!

    if you convert you view to an xslt data view then you can use the following code to redirect based on permission level:
    <xsl:if test="not(ddwrt:IfHasRights(8))">
    <script type="text/javascript">document.location.href='http://www.google.com';</script>
    </xsl:if>
    Good luck!

    the out of box functions of SharePoint is impossible to make it, so you can rewrite code or use third-party tool to realize it. I have searched google and find that SharePoint Column View Permission may be the very SharePoint add-on to do that.
