In our work group, we're all on the same LAN and on the same Linux version. Here's our question: Can we send files through the FTP from the terminal? We don't want to install any other software. Is there a specific Linux command we can use?

Yes, the command is ftp. Unless anonymous FTP is enabled (this allows you to enter anything to login), you’ll need login credentials for team members.

Yes, It is possible to send files through FTP without using other external software/tools. For this purpose, it is necessary to know FTP username/password for user based password authentication Or with anonymous user access use ftp as both username/password. Other than ftp you can use SFTP/SCP.
