 Limit on BCC field in Notes?

I am having trouble sending out a mass mailing using the BCC field within Notes. I get either or both of the following delivery failure reports:- "Memory allocation request exceeded 65,000 bytes" with a "Was not delivered to" all but about 30 recipients and/or "250 Jon.smith@domain.co.uk: Recipient Ok". If I send in chunks of about 30, no problem. My questions are:- 1. Is there a limit on the number of addressees in the BCC field (I don't recall this problem when using the To: field)? 2. Is the limit 65,000 bytes and if so, what does this equate to, 30 addresses doesn't seem like many. 3. Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance.

The BCC field is a text field so it has a 15k limit for views and a total size of about 31k. This should hit about 500 names. For large mailing I usually do an agent that sends out the mail individually, this means the user gets it with thier name in the to field so looks like a mail message instead of a mass mailing.

I’ve just recently taken on the role of admin for lotus notes and one of our end users is having the same problem with mass mailings. I haven’t created any agents yet and was wondering if you could explain how I would create an agent to acheive sending out this mass mailing as you described above? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
