licensing costs, hardware/drive suggestions for Microsoft Exchange 2007

Exchange 2007, Outlook, Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, Exchange migration, Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server Licensing

We currently have Exchange 2003 (6.5) running on Windows 2003 Standard server (for about 4 years). We have about 450 mailboxes taking up about 16GB, 1 mailbox store on one email server. We are looking at new hardware and I am thinking this would be an opportunity to migrate/upgrade to Exchange 2007. We use Outlook 2003 and have no immediate plans to go to Office 2007. I understand it's more of a migration as opposed to an upgrade process. Where can I find licensing costs, hardware/drive suggestions, and any other references for this project?
