Hi , I want to check BIOS of my Lenovo G400s laptop. I'm using Windows 8. I try to press fn+f2 or fn+f1 but  bios doesn't come & Window 8 OS loaded. I tried 5-6 times, I think may be I missed something. I want to enable visualization option in BIOS which disable by default. Is any one having G400s Laptop, have you seen its BIOS? Which key are you using to get BIOS utility.

Software/Hardware used:
Lenovo BIOS

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I am trying for the same thing. To get to bios settings, switch off your computer completely and press the round button near to your power button. But I have not got the virtualization option in there. If you got it, please let me know.

A lot of computer will tell you what to press for getting to the BIOS when powering it on at the bottom for the screen. Some times it's F1, F2 or ESC. Do you see any message? I have not run into a computer that requires pressing 2 keys to enter bios mode.

Hello there. I have a G400s Touch laptop.
There are a lot of instructions of how to check the bios on win 8. Just google it out.

But in case you still haven't find out how to do it yet. Here:
    1. Go to settings -> General , select "advanced start up" at the bottom.
    2. Select "Troubleshooting"
    3. Select Change" UEFI settings". then "restart now."
    There you have it.

The key to it is the "novo" button. The button is a tiny button (easily missed) with an 'inverted U arrow' icon next to the power button.

Shut down your computer. Press hard on this 'novo' button and you can access your BIOS settings now.
