Hi. for the record this is my first inq here. Hpe tis gets noticed cause really I'm somewhat confused. if i want to build my own callcenter and i want to connect remote sites to my main via internet what leased line should i use? which line is the most cost-effedtive to use? thanks

You may want to ask technical support for the call center provider – they should give you help and have some historical cases to review.
You need two things first, bandwidth and high availability. You must have both to provide callcenter service, one without the other will not help you.
Next consider the benifits mentioned earlier, a VPN solution, this will give you some of the security you need with sending calls over the net.
One thing to keep in mind, if you are sending calls over the internet, you are at the mercy of the ISP for the quality of your calls, what ever solution you have, it cannot compensate for bad Qos of the internet…
