How do I automatically transfer to the backup leased line?

how to transfer load automatically to backup leased line if one lease line goes down. I have two lease line. some application publish on internet through one lease line and other some application publish on internet through another lease line. if one line goes down (consider 1st lease line down) that time automatically all application depends on 1st lease line, make online/up through 2nd leased line.

In BGP you simply use a static or dynamic routing if  this is a dual homed connection…..
