How to connect leased line to two locations without router

I have one 2mbps point to point lease line and two g.703 modem and want to connect two locations having same network wiht that lease line without any router only wiht the help of cisco swith please send me the diagram for the same and tell me how to do that?

Question for you.
Do you just want to plug in from the wall to the switches and not use the modems? If so It will not work as the modems are working as a "network extender " and that allows long distance data via your leased circit.
