I am wondering if anyone knows how it would work if I used my Domino public address book server as my ldap server?

The Domino LDAP service works very well. It can be used for authentication or name lookups by a variety of systems, including Sametime, Quickplace, Xerox printers, Siteminder, etc.

You can use the Domino Domain Public Address Book, or a combination of that directory plus additional directories via directory assistance.

What type of LDAP service(s) are you trying to provide with the Domino server?
