LDAP return value = 81
dcdiag /s:<mydomain>
sometimes gives me:
Ldap search capabality attribute search failed on server <mydomain>, return value = 81
I'm getting above mentioned error at anytime... and after few minutes it automatically gone.
What could be the problem?

The GUID based DNS Name resolved to several IPs
(192.168.0.83, 192.168.0.130), but not all were pingable. Replication and
other operations may fail if a non-pingable IP is chosen. The first pingable
IP is 192.168.0.130.
192.168.0.130 is our actual domain controller.
there is no machine having ip 192.168.0.83
