An interview is not an exam like the Cisco CCNA, it is a process to try and find out about a person in a very short time. Their knowledge is part of this process, but their personality and attitude is also equally important.
If you got that mark at CCNA then you should know the subject well. Trust in your own knowledge, and use the interview to show that when appropriate, and also to put over to the Interviewer that you are hard working and also reliable and personable. All these factors will help you get the job you are looking for.
