 Laser Vault and Show case query in I series
iSeries applications, Laservault
Hi,

I have recently joined a new firm. Here they are using Laser Vault fo backup and report in series. And also Show case query is used. Prior to this I have never worked in Laser Vault and Show case Query. So, wanted to know more about these tools and how to use them... They also use Infenium applications.. If anyone have worked in these tools could you please guide me through the basics of it.. If you have any PDF documents regarding this please do send it to me...

I want to know the basics like how to plan for a backup using Laser vault , how upgradation of these application is done… What are the things that should be kept in mind while maintaing and upgrading these applications…
