Samsung R519 laptop running very slow

In system configuration box I have I have way too many services running but I am unsure which I should disable and which should continue. I have a Samsung R519. Can anybody advise please? Thanks

    Though you did not reveal that, which OS is there, assuming a Windows based, if this is true, You can keep only MS and system related services along with anti virus related services too (if any). But be careful, if you do any wrong/ stop any essential service that can stop/ create probs to start ur laptop. It is better to ask an expert if you are not so comfortable. However, services may vary from versions to versions.

    It sounds like your issue might be more complex than we can answer relatively quickly here. I would definitely run multiple malware scanners and, if that doesn't help, consider backing up and then reloading your system. Best of luck!
