Why not print the output to a PDF file or other electronic file? The Bullzip PDF printer is a nice PDF file writer. I have used CutePDF also and have had some odd issues at times with it. Bullzip allows you to merge PDFs and some other nice features like watermarking.

Another option to try would be Cute PDF. I've got it installed on my home systems and we are trying it out where I work as the PDF option. We are also looking into Bullzip as well, so you might want to try both and see which you like better.
