Wireless connection
What do I have to do to enable wireless connection. I have no access to IT support and this information about WZC goes in circles with out an answer. As far as I know, no other program is enabled to manage wireless connection.

You should understand that we can't see your laptop, so we can't know how to fix it. You might not have the right service packs installed, or you might need newer drivers installed, or you might not have a wireless router that properly supports WZC. You might have a hardware problem or your laptop might be incorrectly configured.   We can search the internet for every solution that others have found (there are many of them), and we can copy and paste them here. But you can search as easily as we can.   We don't know what kind of laptop nor what components are in it nor their driver versions. We don't know your OS nor what fixes have been applied. We don't know what you're trying to connect to, what the router runs nor how it's configured.   We need to know all of that and maybe more. Then, maybe we can make suggestions that will work. All suggestions are going to be guesses. If I could remember everything I tried on my latest laptop, one of the steps might work for you. But I don't know which step actually worked for me. I do know that WZC wouldn't work and I eventually had to disable it and start trying a lot of different things. I couldn't alter the router to make WZC work.   Tom
