Language setting in Lotus Notes 8.5.1

I have Lotus Notes 8.5.1 installed. It is in Chinese. How can I change it to English? Please help how can I change it to English?

  1. Click File > Preferences.
    Macintosh OS X users: Click Lotus Notes > Preferences.
  2. Click Regional Settings.
  3. Under Additional Settings, click an interface language.

    When u installed lotus, in which version it was installed.... Chinese or in English !

    i have already do that step. In main windows, the menu like : File, Edit, Tools etc, has already in english. But the toolbar is still in chinese. 
    I've try to change the File-->Preference -->Toolbar Preference section. But I still can't change the toolbar language. Any idea?

    Click file > preferences> user preferences> international>general & now change value in the field like (content language) to english.
    U can also do by file>preferences>toolbar preferences>customize / restore default, if u want to change tollbar icons.
