Answer Wiki:
If you have MS Office Outlook 2003/2007, and your PCs are in a workgroup, were each user has an ID, you can right click on the calendar folder and shared it.

Need more information, what OS are you using, how do you recieve your email now (is there an exchange server in the mix?? Sharing calendars is easy with Outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. I would guess you don’t have an exchange server since these are on a workgroup. If you are running Outlook Xpress, you may have to add each individual user to every machine where the calendars need to be shared. Since there is no domain, this will authenticate the user to the share.
