if the IP asing by DHCP IP will be change every time,so administrator have not any information the IP address ,
if the administrator is reserve IP address to ANY proper pc in the dhcp scop .
for eg. i have a computer name micro1, and i am want to give the IP address 192.168.25.3
every time we are reserve this IP for this computer in dhcp scop.

Yes your LAN Administator can know the IP adddress assigned to your PC if he knows the name assigned to your system. When ever the DHCP server leases an IP to any System , it does record the DNS name and the IP address.
