i have one server which is inside firewall ip address is 192.168.15.5 This server is accessible via l2l vpn to the outside ip  the lan to lan vpn is working tunnel peer ip is 100.20.5.21 my access list is access-list inside-nat0 extended permit ip host 192.168.15.5 10.80.80.0 255.255.252.0 access-list GTIAPMM extended permit ip host 192.168.15.5 10.80.80.0 255.255.252.0

now i want to move the 192.168.15.5 server to dmz so 192.168.15.5 will changed to 192.168.25.5/24 as the dmz subnet. Can this new changed ip 192..168.25.5 accessible from dmz via l2l vpn tunnel if yes please suggest

What you need to do is change the access-lists where there is the old address, and change it to the new IP address of the server. You will need to change the other end as well, which may use the host address, or the subnet address.

When you have made the changes, then clear the translation table with a ‘clear xlate’ command,and also clear down the VPN with a ‘clear crypto isakmp’ command. Then you should have connectivity between the remote site and the new IP address of the server on the DMZ.
