Q:
Keyboard quick keys stop working in Terminal Services.
A friend of mine got a problem with keyboard quick keys that stops working after a while. These buttons are not programmed with anything other than standard commands (no scripts etc).

Using 2003R2 terminal server with Nexterminal thin clients.

Anyone who can point us in the right direction?

It's the shortcuts like CTRL + A etc. not extra keys on the keyboard (just to make it clear)

Which client are your users using to connect to the terminal server? If they are using Remote Desktop in Windows XP, you can change it’s settings to send the keystrokes to the Terminal Server or locally.

There’s the assesiblilty options in the control panel that may have been reset. You might want to start there to troubleshoot.
