Key Word Searching Exchange 2003

Is it possible to Key Word searh Exchange 2003. Here is the senario, Lets say I have a email address abc@xyz.com and I want to find out if any of my users have been in contact with that email address. Is there any way I can seach Exchange for that information. Thanks HW

As Exchange does not provide this type of facility. I would suggest you to go for NearPoint for Exchange Server solution from Mimosa Systems. eDiscovery is another product which is in Queue to all the solutions required to search the history of a particular message.

    In exchange, nothing I know of. I use GFI Mail Essentials which has the capability to do this as well as other goodies.

    Based on your example (of simply finding messages to/from certain people), the first place I would go is: Exchange System Manager/Tools/Message Tracking Center It doesn't let you view the actual message, but it will find the messages for you and show you how they traversed the system. The problem, of course, is that message tracking is not on by default.
