Keeping e-mails on the server for download to blackberry
I upgraded to Outlook 2003 and although the box is checked to keep the e-mails on the server for 2 days, after they download to my computer, they disappear from the server and therefore cannot download to the blackberry. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Answer Wiki:
Make sure that your email is is being delivered to the right location, for the delivery location it should say something like, Mailbox-your nameInbox, and not Personal folder, if it says personal folders that is your problem. Also how is Outlook set up to retrieve your emails, Exchange, POP, IMAP? Hope this help. CG._ ###########Added by Kb3cgj########## The easiest method to make this work is to use IMAP instead of Pop3. IMAP always stores the messages on the server. And most mail clients offer an archive feature that compresses old messages but allows for retrieval of all messages from any devices. Nick
