What e-mail software are you using?
What type of e-mail account is it, or who is the service provider?

Does that happen with all messages?

Add the emails with your contacts and probably the problem can be solved for this time. As you asked junk mail (guessing it might be a global email provider, like yahoo/ gmail/ hotmail/ rediffmail/ or any other). However, more specific/ clear views can help to get fruitful replies.

    Hi

I don’t know which e-mail client application and OS you are using?
Does that happen with all messages?

If you are using MS Outlook on window OS then you will resolve your problem by the implementing  these given steps:
Outlook 2013 and 2010 - From the HOME tab, choose Junk, Junk E-mail Options...,  Options tab. We would suggest that you select 'No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder'. Then choose Apply | OK.

Outlook 2007 - From the File menu, choose Junk, Junk E-mail Options and Options. We would suggest that you select 'No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder'. Then choose Apply | OK.
