 Joining company domain with Windows 7 machine

How can I join my Windows 7 machine to my company domain? I want to access active directory resources on it like printers and such. What do I have to do and what information do I need other than my username and password?

You have to have rights to add a pc to the domain. If you do not then you will need someone who has those rights to add your PC. It is not likely you will get permission to add your own personal pc to the company domain, but all you can do is ask.
