I am a Master's Student @ Arizona State University, and I have got an oppurtunity to work for SAP America as an ABAP Programmer. They would teach me ABAP Programming and I could work on a project there. But I am confused is because, I was thinking of studying basic fundamentals of CS and aiming for companies such as Google. Also, I have done an internship in .net webservices, and i can work on java too. I am confused as to should i learn java nd .net better and look for it enabled companies, or should I take up this SAP offer and get into the SAP World.? This question comes up because I understand that SAP nd all is based on demand, it cud b in demand today nd be out tomorrow. So how wise is it choose SAP Job. Please help... Anybody... Thanking you in Advance.. :)

I believe you can be successful in a position with SAP. If they are willing to train you upon hiring, chances are they will (re)train you if business trends change. The recent article <a href=”http://www.albawaba.com/en/countries/UAE/233755″>SAP Named Global Market Share Leader in Business Solutions</a> cites Gartner rankings to back up SAP’s value as an employer. Best wishes in your job search!
