i would like someone to tell me how to develop an application in visual basic 6 that can be used to ; maitain a list of - development areas, details of proposals , awarded projects and maintain funds recieved, given; jim is an organisation that receives funds for development from sourses such as ;
government
well wishers
international community
and private sector
the funds received are used for developing areas such as
infrastructure
education
health
social amenities
environment issues
disaster preparedness
and farming
rules to award funds
no project is awarded more than 25% of the funds
atleast 15% must be invested in education
atleast 15% must be invested in health
allocated to administration
payments are made by cheque
project can be started unless all funds required to complete it are available
one wishing to tender pays a non_refundable fee of of Ksh 6,000
the organisation applies for funds apon receing a proposal for project.
the organisation awards bursaries to needy students as follows
ophaned students100%
with single parents 50%
from poor families 30%
