iView timed out, no cached content to display
Yesterday we had following error message while calling our portal (/irj/portal/anonymous):
The iView has timed out. There is no cached content to display. Click 'Reload' to retrieve updated content. You may need to wait for the cache to retrieve the content from the source. Reload.
(German: Das Zeitlimit für das iView ist überschritten. Es gibt keinen zwischengespeicherten Content, der angezeigt werden kann. Wählen Sie 'Neu laden', um den aktualisierten Content abzurufen.
Sie müssen u. U. warten, bis der Cache den Content aus der Quelle abruft. Neu laden)
Unfortunately reload did not work. In the evening we restarted the server and the next morning the problem was gone.
In case this shows up again, I would like to know if someone is familiar with this problem and its solution.
