Hi There, I've been self-studying ITIL for a while and would like to take on a certification exam. Anyone with the exam preparation pointers? would be much appreciated.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Below are some pointers:

1.
It is always a good idea to do some practice tests before
attempting the real exam. There are some practice tests available online. You
can find one at:
http://www.simplilearn.com/resources/free-practice-tests

2.
Prepare a sheet of keywords. A lot of questions are based on
your understanding of keywords e.g. What is value to customer? What is CSI?
Etc. Memorize as many ITIL Keywords as you can before taking the exam

3.
Answer the questions in the paper from an ITIL perspective.
Remember the questions are based on your understanding of the ITIL concepts and
not on what you may practice in your organization.
