 Items in Pending Transactions of Inventory Module

Hi, We have items in Pending transactions of Inventory Module, they cannot be progressed because The Sales order is already cancelled. The problem is our item reservable is decreased because some of the items were stuck in pending transactions. I tried to use this but it did not work : i2471362.sql
