I'm trying to update my Account on the Account Update Screen (http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/settings/account/) but I cannot save any updates. The edits say the Handle must be at least one character, however there is no editable Handle field. I cannot enter at least one character if there is no where to put it!
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on fixing the root problem, but for now there is a workaround: Sign out; clear your cache, close your browser, sign back in, and try again.
