Dear Sir,

I Gaurav Nijhawan 21years old working in a mnc company in gurgaon(India). I have two years of experience in IT for supporting a site. I did MCP( Microsoft Certified Professional). earlier i was working as a desktop support engineer and completely work on Desktop and Outlook troubleshotting. I had a little bit of knowledge of network.     

Now i am looking to be a site administrator and for this i join the CCNA course for provide complete support to site including network and desktop support.

Plz guide me am i on the right track to make my carrier in IT infrastruture support. Anything extra i should learn for this support.

You can try lot of firms in India where lot of outsourcing is hapening, I did recieved calls from Companies are Juniper, Accenture, IBM etc.
You can always try your luck after your CCNA with companies like IBM, Accenture, ACS, Tech Mahindra, Network Solutions and much more.
