		<description><![CDATA[I agree with SJKopischke, the cover letter is key to getting your resume beyond the screener.  Matching the skills/requirements they are looking for is essential in your cover letter.  Keep in mind that the screener most times than not does NOT have the knowledge to truely understand what they are looking for.  I have actually had great success using a table format on which one side lists their requirements and the other side lists how I meet their requirement.  Good luck on your search!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I agree with the previous post 100%.....research is your best tool next to your skills.  Personality is also very important, but not at this point.  One thing I would add is to shy away from fancy or coloured paper.  In most places I know of, this gets resumes thrown in the bin almost immediately.  Be professional and to the point.  Remeber the person reading the cover letter is not likely to know what the job is about or any of the details.  Let your resume cover all that.  The cover letter is your chance to introduce yourself and get that all important foot in the door.  Don&#039;t be cute whatever you do.

And.....save your money.
