actually with experience + certification you are complete.

it is possible to get hired without experience, so learn in the job and in time you will have your experience and you are able to get better salary

I am a hiring manager. Two candidates, one with hands on experience and one with certification, I hire the one with hands on experience. Experience plus certification improves marketabilty. Work in your career field, get certified, and never stop learning. I have 3 Oracle certifications plus 25 years hands on Oracle DBA experince, but gained hands on experience before pursuing certifications.

I agree with both comments below – experience is usually more important than certifications. I would look to getting a job that doesn’t require experience, and once you have this experience after a few years, you can look elsewhere for a job you prefer, if you still feel that way in a few years!
