Here is some more info:
This is our setup. The mail server is at server.mydomain.com. We can connect successfully to server.mydomain.com/owa.

If I open up the mail feature on my system and create a new account and let it do the auto discovery by using the email myemail@mydomain.com it gets past the first step of network connection. There is no message there or anything to give me any clue as to the issue. I can also manually autodiscover the exchange server. I am also using cached server mode. Which means that my users can work offline. However when they go to re-sync and reconnect and go online the Outlook client gives a connection error 0x8004011D it can't establish an connection.
I really need to have Outlook anywhere working, where do i go from here?

The outlook 2007 exchange profile > more settings > connection tab has the check box Exchange RPC over HTTP check box checked. My exchange server's personal firewall is off,
because in sits in a private network behind a Cisco ASA firewall dmz. Users can connect to OWA mailboxex thru their browsers. Do I need to set up HTTP connections on my Exchange Server? What am I missing?
