Issues with Microsoft office 2007 (Folders)?
Currently in a workstation in my company were are having issues with microsoft outlook 2007. The issues is that everytime and email gets send to this computer the new email gets send to unread folder is there a setting to fix this issue? Would re-installing do the trick?. Previewsly there was an employee using this email but she got fire and i can't delete her profile one's the new employee gets train for the position could she set a setting to do this? Can someone give a good solution if there is one. Thanks!

Why do you want to “fix” this ? is it causing problems ?
“Unread” folder is just a search folder. Search Folders are “virtual” folders. They contain views of e-mail items matching a specific search criteria, in this case, mails that have not been read yet.
Mails in the “Unread” folder are stored in some other non-search folder, such as the “Inbox” folder. <b>So you should see them in the “unread” folder and in some other folder also.</b>
If you do not need the “Unread” folder, you can safely delete it (<b>just make sure that in fact it is a search folder, and not a normal folder the user created with that name</b>).

Carlos is right, this is not a PROBLEM with outlook 2007, this is a new FEATURE. If you do not want to use the “unread” search folder feature, you can safely delete that folder. You can also create other search folders any time you want, or re-create the “unread” folder again if you decide you want it back.
