Q:
Issues with BRMS Network Group
When you go to BRMS Menu --> Policy Administration --> System Policy --> Change Network Group, you can see all the Boxes connected each other.
There are 13 LPARS in total

But two of these Lpars cannot see them against each other.

It shows Network Status INACTIVE while the others shows ACTIVE.

What steps would you recommend to perform to set this system back active as always.

Thanks

The IBM recommended fix for this issue is to remove the "inactive" system from the network and readd. Remember to save your BRMS information on both systems before removing/readding to avoid headaches and data being overwritten.

Another issue that I have seen has to do with the non-BRMS network - the WAN group had to fix the connectivity issue before the systems would communicate.
