Troubleshooting CCTV camera connection

We have 16 CCTV cameras in our office and connected to the Samsung DVR. All the cameras are working fine except one, only one. It shows as black screen on the monitor where all the 16 cameras' videos are tiled.

Checked that power with the camera and it works, when the light sensor closed the night vision LED is glowing. Checked the BNC connection and it connected properly.

What could be the issue?

    Perhaps the camera is bad? Try connecting that camera to another connection and see what happens. If the same problem exists then it's likely a problem with the camera.

    It seems to be a camera issue. When I connect a working camera (16th port camera) to the port where the defective camera is plugged (15th port) in the dvr, it works but the brightness is high. When I connect the 15th port camera to the 16th port it does not works. 

    Any suggestion?
