Issue with Knowledge Base Articles created via MS Word.

When I open an Altris Knowledge Base Article that was created via MS Word, how do I keep MS word from opening? There must be a setting somewhere as I have co-workers that open the same article and word DOESN'T open for them. I've searched for a seeting in IE, MS Word and other places, but haven't found anything that prevents this. A little more detail: When opening the article, the article opens in Altiris as expected, but MS Word also opens in the background with no document loaded. This becomes more of an issue when you open a second article, because the MS word portion of the second article actually will not open until you click on the already opened MS word application. Any help would be much appreciated.

Possibly a default application issue. Have you tried to right click on the document and use Open With? What happens when you do that and use Altriris versus another application like wordpad?
