We have an iseries 8203-E4A in our main office in NJ along with a SonicWall network device, we are thinking about going wireless in our office in California.   Any thoughts on speed and security?

As in PCs connecting wireless to the LAN? Or is this more about 5722XP1 iSeries Access for Wireless?

Do any of the wireless PCs need access to other wireless PCs? Or are shared services made available through servers on the wired LAN? And is this a PC domain or a workgroup?
