A disk synchronization tool can do that..
I mean, you specify the source / destination machines.
specify your set of libraries and what type of object would you like to synchronize.. and it'll do the rest. (it will ensure that both libraries are fully matched, including source codes of course).
I am not aware of free ones because smart sync tools detect changes based on the AS400 Journal files for each object in the specified library, then transfers it to the destination. I guess they're it'll be hard to find a free one that will do such thing.
If the task is simpler (Just to automatically transfer say a savfile from one machine to another), you can create a CL that will do what you want, and run it in a batch job that runs daily at a certain time.
On the other side (the destination machine), create another CL that will restore all the objects of the save file sent from that other machine) and set it to run daily say 1 hour after the first CL is called.. (depending of course on the size of your data.. etc).
