Solved it by using a workstation customizing object. If you care to provide your e-mail address I'll send you a copy of what we have. Its a pretty easy change if you have an example to work from. You could probably have it running an less than 15 mnutes. Once you've got the workstation customizing object working, it can be added to other printers. We had the same issue.
