I just installed Client Access 5.2 on a Win XP PC (I am successfully tunning this level on other PCs with the same OS) and whenever I try to print in Navigator, CWBUNNAV.EXE "encounters a problem" and brings down Navigator. I need help.

This may be a problem with WinXP itself. Try to do a system restore in some point in the past and install again Client Access. Regards.

Upgrade to CA 5.4 or 6! Apply the latest Service Pack! Why run 7 yr old clients? Do you expect your PCs to last 7 yrs?

Windows XP is probably old enough to handle iSeries Access V5R2 well enough. What is the iSeries Access Service level? From the Start menu: Programs-> IBM iSeries Access, and select iSeries Access for Windows Properties. The Service level should be near the top of the General tab. Tom

BTW, if you don't have the latest V5R2 service pack already saved in your network, you should download and save a copy soon. It might not remain available much longer. Tom
