If you have the rights and competence to do that, uninstalling Client Access, rebooting and reinstalling the package should fix the problem.
Note from Don: I have run into the error after a hardware refresh. The issue was the PC's had version V5R3 Client Access loaded as well as V5R4 iNav. When you uninstall, make sure that all instances of Client Access, iSeries Access, and iSeries Navigator are removed before reinstalling.

I uninstall the software and reinstalled the application but the same error appear. I am able to logon to the AS400 (Green Screen) but unable to open Navigator the error appear as soon as I double click the icon.
