You have to do it through websphere.

    Go through the below link in your Local Computer. C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorMy DocumentsIBMwsadieworkspace.metadata.pluginscom.ibm.etools.iseries.corecache and Click Clear Cache to delete the entire contents of the cache. Pradeep.
